Today we got a Numicon set. It is so fun. The whole of P5-7 got involved :). It involved having these pieces of Numicon shapes and putting them on a peg board and the first one to get all the numicon shapes back in the right place wins.

Great post girls. Numicon is a great thing to use because it helps you work on adding & taking away. It is also a lot of fun.

Numicon is so much fun. You can have competitions against your friends and it is good for your math’s within numbers. I like to compete against Lucy and Kayla, 2 of my best friends.They are really good and sometimes it is a challenge to beat them. I definitely think I will want to use this more for my maths because it is that good. 🙂

Yes the Numicon set is really fun!!! I learned how to count numbers quicker and it is a really fun game to play with your friends 🙂
I really liked that we got to do Numicon and how we got to play a game with a partner. We got to make an MSP. It was really fun in maths time when we got move to the next table. I Loved it a lot.

Numicon was very fun, you put the pieces of it randomly on the block then roll the dice and see what number you get if you placed down a five block and lets just say you role a five you pick the five up and put it back in the pot. How to win is to try and get all the block back in the box. That is one of the games.
