Discussing Karma with Argyle

Argyle and I were talking today – Argyle was telling me that he believes in Karma…

Karma

Karma, or ‘action’ (in the Sanskrit language), means that all actions have consequences. For example, seeds that are planted now will grow into plants in the future, and actions in the present will have positive or negative outcomes in the future. Negative consequences created through negative actions can have effects in this life or future lives.

Does this mean we should think about the choices we make?   Yes, it does!!

Operation Safety

We learned  about fire works: like what is ok to use and not, you should be over 18 to handle fireworks.  We talked to the Police about how to keep safe on the internet – do not add people you do not know (they could be anyone), use a nickname and not post your image with your name. We also met the water rescue team and they showed us the boat they have and they said never jump in to water if someone needs help – it puts your own life at risk.
