Set a Glow recovery email address
We know how frustrating it can be to get locked out of your Glow account, especially when you need quick access during the school day.
A simple way to avoid this situation is to set up a recovery email address for your Glow account. This allows you to reset your password quickly and independently if it’s ever forgotten.
If you haven’t already done this, we’d strongly recommend taking a couple of minutes to set it up now. It’s a small step that can save you a lot of time and hassle later on.
How to do it:
- Log into Glow and click on the account icon on the top right of the launchpad and select My Profile.
- Then, on the panel that appears on the left, select Password Recovery.
- Enter an email address of your choice that can be used to reset your Glow password – do not use your Glow email.
- Click Save then go to your email account to verify – the verification link is valid for 48hours.
