On Thursday the 30 th of jaunuary we went on the bus to stranraear on the way we picked up Kirkcowan and we went to north west castle to curl.As soon as we got in the women gave us an introduction and also explaind the safty rules one of the safty rules was lisen to your coach so that you dont fal or make a mistake you have got to be on your  best  behaviour  and our coach was two ladies they wer very nice and helful

the first thing we did was do some stretches at the side of the ice rink and we got took to the far side of the ice rink  we had to get a curling brush and we had to get a curling stone and  we learnd how to glide and how to get the stone  away rite up the ice rink and we had juice and biscuits and then we played a proper game i was very good i had a fantastic time
