We played games then our band played God Save the Queen before we ate our wonderful meal!
The dinner ladies helped and so did the staff from the co-op who saved money to contribute to the party and provide goodies!
Mrs Kalotka’s decorations looked fantastic and a great time was had by all!
Team 1 – Philippa (P7), Sarah G (P7), Lara (P7), Iona (P7), Scott (P7), Chloe (P6), Kerry A (P6), Rowan (P6), Logan (P6).
On Monday 28th May, Team 1 participated in the Crossmichael Netball League and finished 2nd equal. The team played exceptionally well, beating Crossmichael and Castle Douglas and drawing 5 all with the League winners, Kells Primary. Chloe was awarded player of the night after scoring some excellent goals.
Team 2 still have 2 nights to play and the P7’s will be going to Castle Douglas on the 12th June for the girls tournament.

Our quiz team took part with 6 other schools in a quiz about many aspects of the Olympics past and present, our team was made up of 2 P6s Kirstie Connor and Louie Forsyth and 2 P7s Cerys Tandy and Liam Wilson and they won!
