Primary 7 took part in a Chi-Kung workshop on Thursday. Chi-Kung is a gentle Chinese exercise that helps to improve health, increase energy, improve balance, reduce stress and boost the immune system. The class enjoyed the exercises and Gordon that delivered the workshop was fantastic! We will use some of the exercises he showed us in the classroom alongside our mindfulness programme.

Thank you very much to the S2 pupils and Miss Knox.
This week Primary 7 have been learning about inventions from the Victorian Era and the difference these inventions made to the lives of people during this time. They then worked together to create their own inventions and will take part in a ‘Dragon’s Den’ style pitch to convince their classmates that their invention is the best!
This term, Primary 7 have been developing their word-processing skills in a range of contexts and this week they used Powerpoint to create an Instagram profile for Queen Victoria. This allowed the pupils to create a biography of Queen Victoria and evidence all of the learning they have undertaken in our IDL topic. Great job P7, they look fantastic!
