PE- Fitness.

This term primary 6 are doing fitness in PE, with Miss Rice.  Alongside their fitness lessons p6 will be measuring their heart rates before and after exercise. They will record this weekly and at the end of term 3 they will look closely at the figures and see if their fitness has improved.

Pictured above are p6 working at different stations.  These stations consisted of – plank, sit-ups, push ups, leg raises and burpees.  The exercises will change up weekly.  A great effort from all in p6!
