We have continued our Dundee topic by learning about Dundee’s marmalade making past. We watched a show about the production of marmalade and then designed and advertised our own! We used lots of persuasive language to tempt the buyers and we shared our product ideas in circle time.

Primary 3 – Art and Design Fun
We created pictures of Dundee landmarks with salt and glue. We painted the salt with watercolours. Other groups created the Tay Bridge with spaghetti and marshmallows! It was a feat of engineering and promoted lots of talk, trial and error and laughter!

Today it was the start of P3 Soup Club. Half the class went to the i-Class. to peel, chop, cook and eat a delicious vegetable soup. Lots of practical and social skills being used and a delicious soup made to share! Soup Club will run again next week for the remaining children.
