Bottle Tops

A big thank you to everyone who sent in plastic bottle tops to school. These were part of a collection organised by one of our parents in a Scotland-wide scheme to purchase electric wheelchairs for disabled children. We’ve now finished this collection. Another example of the generosity towards charity shown by the St Clement’s community. Well done, all!

Tesco Vouchers

This is the last week of issue of Tesco vouchers. All gratefully received! We’ll be making our order at the end of this month so please send in any you (or friends, relatives, etc) have as soon as you can. This annual collection really helps us with freshening up our learning and teaching resources and we’re really grateful for your support.

P1’s Royal Wedding

P1 held a lovely ‘mock’ ceremony today, in the full digital glare of our P7 media team, to celebrate the Royal Wedding and to learn about this important Christian sacramental ceremony. A lovely time was had by all, including a post-wedding feast.

Kian’s great challenge

Our Leng Silver Medal winner, Kian from P7, bravely took part in the Leng Gold Medal Competition last evening, competing against silver winners from across the city. Kian was one of the youngest there (and one of the few boys) and sang really well. To illustrate the strength of the competition, the Gold Medal winner was 15 and attends Dundee High School. Very well done to Kian for taking part and for representing the school so well.
