From looking at groups of chemicals and how they arranged in the Periodic Table, we now go on to look at how one group of chemicals reacts with others. This group is the metals.

This week 1D3 and 1G3 have been doing selfies – not photographs, but self evaluations. These are completed at the end of the space topic when assessments can be used to give pupils information about how well they are progressing. Once the pupils have filled in the sheet, the teacher responds to their comments. The completed sheet then goes home for parents to see progress in Science.
