26.9.19 P5H Roman Patterns

On Friday morning, we used our skills from maths lessons to complete Roman patterns. Our patterns had to be symmetrical and we had a colour limit to our designs.

There were three groups, one was using squared or honey combed paper to create designs. The next group were using Hama beads, and the final group were using a variety of beans and pulses.

We had to use of of our school values to complete these designs. We were being resilient and continuing to work on designs even when we found it difficult.

We were pleased with our final designs. Even if it did take us a bit of time to tidy up after this activity.
