Making Red Noses and ‘Funny For Money’.

Thank goodness that this has been ‘No Homework’ week  because we have been so busy making and creating! We have made lighthouses, rocks and cats ……..all for a display for our Topic, ‘The Lighthouse keeper’s Lunch’. We have also used our creative talents to make a little card and pressie for our fabulous mums ( although that is a secret, at least until Sunday).

Mrs Goodwillie gave us a loan of her special pop-up book. It is called ‘ Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’ and we wrote a super imaginative story all about finding one of Willy Wonka’s  golden tickets.

The Pupil Council have been selling red noses all in preparation for Friday the 13th.  Most of us have our costumes ready and Miss Fuller promises to take lots of photographs. We have been learning the song and we are going to sing it tomorrow at Assembly. We are also going to design our own nose and have lots and lots of fun!!!!!!!! Tune into our next blog to find out how Red Nose Day went.
