CROSS COUNTRY LEAGUES 2016

 

The cross country leagues for this year have now come to an end. After 3 races the scores are totalled and the top 3 teams for each age group and top 7 individual runners are announced. The Menstrie team did a fantastic job this year with everyone improving as the races went on. Well done to our news P5 runners who were experiencing this for the first time. A massive thank you to all the adults who helped support us for this event by transporting their own and other peoples children and staying to cheer all our runners on. Thank you also to Mr Furzer for assisting on the league nights too. We couldn’t do it without you all!!

P5 Girls – Marissa White – 7th overall

P6 Boys – Alexander Hutton – 1st overall

P6 Girls – Ava Moore – 1st overall, Orla Grassom – 5th overall, Erika Knox – 6th overall, Lauren McShane – 7th overall

P6 Girls team – 1st overall (Ava Moore, Sophie Lindsay, Hannah Tams, Katie Simm, Erika Knox, Kate Gilvear, Orla Grassom, Lauren McShane)

P7 Boys – Ross Peel – 6th overall
