Happy Wednesday! I hope you all have sparkling rooms this morning after tidying them all so well yesterday. Today is WIBA Workout Wednesday… How did you get on with your squat challenge? I have recorded mine, but having watched it back, I think some of the Squats are questionable. I definitely could be getting a little lower.
