The resources and activities on this page are recommended for children learning in P3, P4 and P5.
The curriculum for these children is planned using the first level and second level experiences and outcomes.
P4 and P5 will recognise this site immediately, as they have used it regularly to brush up on all kinds of mental maths. There is a vast range of games based on addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, time, etc. Most games can be set to a particular level, for example, the 2, 5 and 10 times tables. To make the game more challenging, simply change the setting to 6, 7, 8 and 9.

TopMarks is another website which offers a selection of mental maths games, though there are many other curricular areas to explore. This is where you will find Hit the Button and Daily 10.

Not simply for multiplication and division – at Oxford Owl you will find a wide variety of online activities and printables covering all aspects of the maths curriculum. Activities are arranged by suggested age groups but feel free to try your hand at something in a different group if you fancy a challenge.
Another site with an array of maths-related activities, games, printables, quizzes, brain teasers and even some jokes!

Shape is one of the featured categories, but everything else is there as well, so have a look around and try some of the other activities.

Again, not exclusively for data handling, though there is a selection of activities included on the site.
