  1. Hi Mrs Rees hope you are having a lovely time.

Going to try and find some smooth stones in the garden and try it.

    1. It’ll be fun if everyone makes a few and brings them to school when it reopens. We can maybe plant them around the playground for others to find, or set up a little display in the foyer.

    1. Erin, I’d love to see them. It’s fun, isn’t it? What designs did you put on them? I’m going to try some more this afternoon.

      1. I did a hedgehog, a ladybird, a flower, a rainbow shell and a pattern. We all did some and are going to make a fairy path in the garden with them.

        1. That sounds absolutely lovely, Erin. Your fairy path will look wonderful. Remember that the stones will need to be varnished before putting them outside, as the colours will wash off when it rains. I’m looking forward to seeing them. Have a lovely weekend.

    1. Good for you, Greig. I find it quite relaxing. Posca pens are best, but Sharpies work as well. Remember to wash and dry the stones thoroughly first – I forgot to say that in my Sway! You have a good weekend too. 🙂

    2. Great to hear from you Greig! I hope that you have had a brilliant first week of Home Learning. Have you tried any of the activities from the grids?

      1. I hope you have had a good week as well. I have also done all of the work from grid 1. You are really good at playing the piano.

        1. You’ve been busy, Greig. That’s great. Thank you for your feedback on my piano playing! I will post a new video of my progress for you to see on Monday.

    1. Hello Lucy, I’m glad you’re going to give it a go. I buy a special yacht varnish spray for my stones, but any clear varnish would do. An adult would have to help you with this part, though.

    1. We are unable to see your Sway.

    2. I’m still unable to see your Sway, Eva. Sorry. I had this problem earlier with another Sway, but managed to see it eventually. I’ll keep trying! Thank you for taking part.

    1. I can’t see your Sway, Emily. Sorry.

    2. I can see it now – they’re fantastic! Well done, both of you. I’m so glad you enjoyed doing this. I’m going to make a arty-crafty challenge every Friday, so keep a lookout for this week’s activity.
