Our Project this term has been the human body.  We have been looking at the heart and the lungs and have done some related experiments.  If you would like to learn more, the CBBC TV series by Dr. Chris and Dr. Xand, ‘Operation Ouch – Do try this at home’ provides lots of fun ideas and interesting body facts.

Since returning from the October break we have been working on Fractions, Decimals and Percentages and Money.  We have looked at equivalents using wooden blocks and we have used the whole class to demonstrate fractions. We have also done some active maths outside to practise our times tables.
