My Favorite Book Is…….

White Fang By Jack London

White Fang is a wolf dog that had to get rescued from his violent owner who used him to fight for money. His new owner, Weedon Scott eventually tames him. At the end White Fang defends Scott’s father from an attack by a convict.

I liked how Scott could train a wild dog from being a friendly dog. Anyone who loves dogs would love this book.

My favourite book

My favourite book is Charlie and the Chocolate Factory by Roald Dahl. It is about a boy named Charlie Bucket, who lives with his Mum, Dad and both his grandparents from his mum and dad’s side in one tiny house as they don’t have money. One day after Charlie buys a Willy Wonka chocolate bar,  inside is a Golden Ticket to see Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory. Charlie isn’t the only person who got a golden ticket there is also Augustus Gloop, Mike tv, Veruca Salt and Violet Beauregarde.

My Favourite Book by Skye Jones

My favourite book is The Demon Headmaster by Gillian Cross.

There are many characters in the book but the main four are brothers Harvey and Lloyd, Dinah who is fostered by Harvey and Lloyds parents and the Headmaster.

The Headmaster hypnotises the school children so he can have control over what happens in the school. Harvey and Lloyd are unable to get hypnotised which annoys the Headmaster. Lloyd doesn’t like Dinah because she’s a girl but also because she’s smarter than him.

The Headmaster has a plan to win a competition and then hypnotise the country so it becomes the first properly organised efficient country in the world. When Dinah realises and what the Headmaster is planning she is desperate to stop him so gets help from Harvey and Lloyd and their friends, to make sure this doesn’t happen.

The story is set in a school. I like this book because you don’t know what the Headmaster is going to do to the children if they cross him and if the Headmaster succeeds to rule the country.
