Good morning Primary 1-4. I hope you are enjoying this wintery weather! Here are some ideas to keep you busy today whether you are indoors or outside.

Write (or tell someone) a short story about a magical snowy land.

Write an acrostic poem using the words SNOW DAY.

Practice writing you spelling words (or sounds P1) in the snow, or practice them any other way indoors.

How many 3D shapes can you make out of snow. I’d love to see photos of them if possible!

P1 – Practice forming your numbers 1-10. Can you spot any of the numbers around your house?

P2-4 Practice addition and subtraction. Perhaps someone at home could write you some sums to solve.

Build a snowman and measure how high it is.
