This morning P4-7 had the opportunity to cook 3  different recipes containing venison, in a workshop delivered by Lauren from Glenkilrie Larder, supported by Marr Area Partnership. They made a bolognese, burgers and a chilli,all using venison mince. Everyone had an opportunity to taste the food and vote for their favourite. The venison chilli came out on top, but the bolognese was delicious too!

Every family in school will be offered an ingredient pack so that they can try the recipes at home too. Watch out for an email from Mrs Maclean to request your pack.
