Surviving Isolation

With school closed it can be a stressful time both for teenagers and for their parents. Creating new routines, setting some goals and using the time to achieve some of those things that you might not have been able to otherwise is really important.

We would also encourage pupils to contact us via our glow email if they would like to speak with us on a one to one. We will aim to check in with pupils at various points to see how things are going.

This article in ‘The Observer’ this week provides some helpful strategies and tips for how to survive family isolation with teens.  Click on the image to find out more.
