Mrs Budd was in today (Thursday). Mr Bramhall was in a meeting, so Mrs Budd had to cover the class. We were finishing off our persuasive writing and Mrs Budd was impressed at how much we knew about the Beaver reintroduction programme.
Today P7 had a new art teacher in the class. We drew perspective drawings of houses .The new art teachers name is Miss Sharp. In this art session we learned how to use a vanishing point.
We were all pretty impressed with our pictures. They looked like they had been done by real artists! I wonder if anyone in this class will become a real artist in the future?

Carnoustie Flower Show
First week back at school, and we were busy! We entered the Carnoustie Flower Show for the very first time. Everybody in the whole class created miniature gardens out of natural materials. They looked really amazing. We transported them down to the leisure centre in time for the show judging. We waited for the results eagerly – news of who had won came through on Friday – Cameron got first! Well done Cameron.
