Two S1 pupils – Ben Plomer and Daryl Sinclair – have been selected by Cricket Scotland to represent Tayside and Fife area at U13 academy level. This represents an excellent first opportunity for these pupils to show their skills and potential for further progress through the various representative tiers of the game towards international level. We wish them well in a forthcoming series of three matches from 13th to 25th June.
The boys will be accompanied by Fraser Burnett, a coach for the academy team. Fraser is both a former pupil of Arbroath High School and a Scottish international cricket player. His advice and guidance will no doubt be welcome.
