Parent Update – October 2025
Wow…. where have the last 7 weeks gone? What a quick and busy term we have had! The children have been settling well into their new classrooms and have been working very hard. Every two weeks, everyone has also taken part in our “StarMaker” Groups. 🤩CELEBRATING SUCCESS🤩  🔬STEM Grant 🔬 Before the summer, Miss Smith submitted an application for the MVV Challenge Fund 2025. We asked for a £1500 grant to support the school in purchasing 6 Vex-Go Robotics kits and 6 sphero minis. 🤩Welcome Back!🤩 I hope you all had a wonderful summer. I have thoroughly enjoyed hearing all the children’s stories of their summer adventures in the corridors, playground and dinner hall. We have a had a brilliant first week back and it has been lovely to see everyone coming back to school looking so smart and happy! Our new Primary 1’s are settling into school life very well and we have all been very  impressed at how quickly they are getting into the new routines with their lovely manners. Fixed: PDF Issue
The PDF Issue that recently developed on Glow Blogs has now been fixed. PDFs can now be uploaded as expected without any workarounds. Thanks to all the people who reported it. Glow Blogs has been updated to WordPress 6.8.2. This update is mostly a behind the scenes one, you might not notice much difference.Fixed: PDF problem
An issue with pdf uploaded to Glow Blogs has recently developed. Our developers are looking at the issue to create a fix. The issue is that pdfs uploaded to Glow Blogs are ‘truncated’ to one page. We hope this is fixed soon. There are a few workarounds you can use in the meantime.Glow Blogs Release September 2025
