Hello and welcome to the  Walker Road School Blog !

We have set up this Blog so that you can join in the life of the school. Through this site we will be able to talk to you and you will be able to talk to us. I hope that our conversations will help us all work as a team for the good of the children at Walker Road.

At Walker Road we believe that by supporting and challenging every child they will achieve their  potential and will continue to ‘be all they can be’. We encourage and support our children to be  confident pupils who using the skills and knowledge they learn here  will fully contribute to both the life of the school and the local community.

We also  hope you are able to find all the information you are looking for regarding our school for examples dates for the diary and the newsletters. The Blog is also a way of letting you know what is happening in school. The children are frequently  involved in all sorts of exciting events and experiences that we would love to share with you all.
