Happy Holidays

It is hard to believe that term 1 is over! The children have worked so hard this term and I am sure they will all enjoy a hard earned rest.

Here are a few pictures of the children before you all head off on holiday.  We made crowns for the ‘c’ sound and we decorated the ‘ng’ sound with rings!

‘M’ is for Model

Primary 1 Models

The Primary 1s really enjoyed making models for the ‘m’ sound.  They could choose which materials they used and if they wanted to make a model with a partner or on their own.

Rainbow Experiment

Primary 1 and 2 were very excited doing a science experiment using skittles and hot water.  We observed how the water changed colour creating a beautiful rainbow.  Primary 1 also talked about how rainbow beings with the ‘r’ sound.
