Roman Soldiers
The children are loving our Romans topic so far! Last week we began to learn about Roman Soldiers and did some wonderful drawings to show what Roman Soldiers wore. A small team of expert painters were also hard at work to create a giant Roman Soldier for our wall display!
Literacy in the Sunshine!
We escaped the heat of the classroom and took our literacy work outdoors on Thursday! There was some super spelling going on in our Spelling Pairs and Spelling Circles!

A big thank you to our RGU friends who have been coming along on a Wednesday afternoon over the last few weeks to teach us some PE skills and games. We have had a great time with them!

Congratulations to Maja, our Star of the week! Maja has shown a big increase in her confidence when adding and subtracting numbers to 20, and her maths work is always neat and tidy. Way to go, Maja! We are so proud of you!
