We are very proud of this bunch of Room 3 stars who received awards at last week’s Achiever’s Assembly! We had a Pupil of the Week, a Head Teacher’s Star, a Playground Star and a Science Star!! Congratulations to them all! 😃

Pupil of the Week – Friday 24th March
Big Congratulations to Andrew on his Pupil of the Week Award! Andrew has been working hard to improve his volume and expression when reading aloud and we were super impressed with his efforts in reading last week. Keep up the great work Andrew! We’re very proud of you!
Little Librarians!
What a wonderful job these girls are doing in their new librarian roles! They have been expertly trained by Miss Leslie and are now in charge of checking in and out our books during our library time on a Wednesday. You can see by their big smiles that they are loving this job opportunity! Keep up the great work girls!
Pupil of the Week – Friday 17th March
Congratulations to our Pupil of the Week – Ejiro! Ejiro received her award this week for Fantastic French! Ejiro loves learning new French vocabulary and phrases and always takes part enthusiastically in our French lessons. Tres bien Ejiro! Nous sommes fiers de vous!
Fitness Fun Day
A fantastic day of fitness fun was enjoyed by all last Friday in support of our P2 friend Joel. We were delighted to raise lots of money for Clic Sargent thanks to all your kind donations! We enjoyed activities such as Dancing, Insanity and Body Combat workouts – we were sweating lots!! We finished off our morning with a visit from Tesco where we learnt about fruit & vegetables and got to do lots of tasting!
Castle Design Task
Our wonderful castles are taking shape! Stage 2 of our Design Task was painting our models and it was all hands at the ready for a great team effort!
Pupil of the Week
Congratulations to Daniel, our Star of the week! Daniel has been working hard to learn subtraction facts in maths and is our Pupil of the Week because of his super effort. Well done, Daniel!
Word Book Day 2017
What a fantastic time we had yesterday celebrating World Book Day! The whole school was a sea of colour with all the wonderful costumes! Our day started with a Character Hunt around the school with our Book Buddies and then some shared reading. We enjoyed some super stories in class with our Reading Champion Mrs Gair and in the afternoon we had our Whole School Assembly and Fancy Dress Parade. What a great day!
