This week we have had the opportunity to extend our knowledge of coding. Our focus has been:
- to understand what algorithms are
- to create and debug simple programs
- to develop our problem solving skills
We worked together in small groups to complete 6 difference challenges:

- Create a maze for Blue Bot then program the robot to move through the maze.

- Move Blue-Bot to the number chosen by a friend.

- Make a home for Blue-Bot then use the command keys to move the robot into the home (without knocking it down!)

- Use the command keys on the iPad to move Blue-Bots to the goal

- Get Blue-Bot to the goal, avoiding the obstacle
We had lots of fun and worked very hard! We are now planning to teach room 4 and 7 how to use Blue-Bots and set these challenges for them.
