We have been learning about animals in the rainforest, in particular endangered species. We created a rainforest picture with animals and leaves. We also wrote acrostic poems using the words “endangered” and “threatened”.

We tested our tables to see if they worked. Each table had to hold a dictionary for one minute to be successful. Only one table stayed upright for the full minute – well done boys!

P6 Room 20 enjoyed Engineering Week. Our Structural engineering challenge was to build a table from newspaper that would support the weight of a book. Look out for the results!!
