You could help in the kitchen to prepare or chop vegetables with an adult for dinner? Or you could make a snack of vegetables and dip?
Remember to be safe and always wait for an adult to help you!

Lots of you over lock down have been helping in the kitchen. I am sure your grown ups have enjoyed cooking, baking, mixing and juicing with you.

Life cycle of a butterfly
Hello Everyone.
I hope you have had a fab week so far. This week I found a butterfly in my kitchen, fluttering around. As we looked at the life cycle of a frog last week, I thought we could look at a butterflies life cycle.
