Today Quarryhill held a jobs fair for our P6 & P7 pupils. A wide range of jobs were represented at the fair and the children had the opportunity to speak to people from 12 different occupations including a nurse, special constable, offshore worker, HR manager, master mariner, sales and marketing, teacher and engineer. All the children that attended enjoyed the event and gained a lot of knowledge into different jobs. We would like to thank all the people who came to speak to the children.
On Thursday 21st March we are planning to hold a ‘Job’s Fayre’ for our P6 and P7 pupils.
We are looking for volunteers that would be willing to come into school to talk to the children about your job. We would like to give the children as wide a variety of jobs as possible.
