Primary 3/4 had a great time at Satrosphere yesterday where we were learning about space.  We enjoyed trying out robot arms and looking at how to launch a rocket.  We also got to learn about Mars and the potential life away from Earth in the planetarium.  We have a few more photos to follow!

Primary 3/4 and Primary 4 will be on a trip to Satrosphere on Thursday 18th February 2016, which is the first day back after the long weekend. Please remember to supply a snack, lunch box and warm clothing on the day. We will be away from school from 9:30am and we expect to return around 2:30pm.

We enjoyed celebrating together at our party on Monday.  We had a great time dancing in the gym and having party food upstairs.  We played Pass the Parcel, Musical Statues and Corners before dancing the Hokey Cokey together!  It really got us in the festive spirit!

The Christmas Party for Primary 3, 3/4 and 4 will be on Monday 14th December 2015.  The party will be in the Gym Hall and then in the Conference Room for food.

Pupils are welcome to bring party clothes to change into in a named plastic bag on Monday and they will be allowed to change after lunch.

Our Primary 3s have enjoyed being leading parts in our Children around the World Nativity.  They’ve worked really hard to learn lines and songs and perform them on stage for our audiences!

The upper school have been singing songs from different places.  We chose the state of Hawaii in the USA.  We sang three songs about Christmas in Hawaii.  We really enjoyed making flower garlands, grass skirts and dressing up in our summer clothes!

Christmas Show

We are looking for help with costumes for the Christmas Show.  It would be good if you had a brightly coloured t-shirt and sunglasses.  We will be making garlands and grass skirts (kilts) next week but bring your own if you have one already!

If you have any inflatable Hawaiian themed toys like palm trees we would be grateful if we could borrow them!

Please bring your costumes in a named plastic bag with all items labelled on Wednesday 3^rd December.
