World Book Day 2026

On Wednesday 4th of March, Aberdeen City Councillors will vote on proposed budget cuts. One proposal is to reduce the number of librarians in ACC secondary schools. Every school deserves a full-time, qualified librarian. Please show your support for our school librarians by signing this petition UNISON petition in support of ACC school librarians The Curriculum Resource Information Service (CRIS) is also under threat. It provides valuable resources for primary and secondary schools.
