Young people, radicalisation and autism

Radicalisation is a process where someone comes to hold extreme views. The ways in which young people are radicalised online are changing. They can be increasingly exposed to some types of harmful views – especially extreme right-wing and misogyny.

A new Resilient Families module explains radicalisation processes in 2024. It also outlines how radicalisation can impact young people – particularly teenage males – with autism.
