This term we have been learning lots of new things!
\nWe have been learning about festivals. I liked the Rangoli patterns we learnt about when we studies Diwali because they were so colourful. HM
\nI learnt how to create my own Rangoli pattern using chalk. HG
\nWe learnt about the Hindu story of Rama and Sita. HG
\nWe made our own puppet shows to retell the story. RB
\nI learnt about Thanksgiving. It was celebrated on Thursday 26th November. We found that some of the customs were the same as Christmas and some were different. EW
\nWe have learnt to count in French and talk about ourselves. We can say what our names and favourite colours are. JWF
\nWe are learning how to speak Mandarin. We have learnt the words for some colours. ML
\nWe have learnt to improve our throwing and catching in PE. OC
\nIn footgolf we were learning to control the ball. AH<\/p>\n
We are looking forward to a few things before the end of this term.
\nWe are excited to watch the P1 Nativity online. EW
\nI am looking forward to seeing my brother performing as a townsperson. OC
\nI am looking forward to watching my sister as a king. AA
\nWe are making birdcake for our Enterprise and I am very excited to see what it looks like! JL
