Here are a few of our highlights so far:<br \/>\nTM- I liked the food chain topic at the beginning of P4 because it involved a lot of animals and I like animals.<br \/>\nAC- I am enjoying maths very much because I am enjoying rounding numbers and learning about shapes.<br \/>\nEW- In literacy we were doing research using devices to find out about Ancient Egyptians. I found out that only wealthy boys went to school.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/wl\/public\/windyknowe\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2020\/10\/08095039\/IMG_0893.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-19572 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/wl\/public\/windyknowe\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2020\/10\/08095039\/IMG_0893.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"249\" height=\"186\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nEW brought this real Egyptian papyrus to school!<\/p>\n<p>ML- We made papyrus paper using teabags and paper. Then we wrote on it.<br \/>\nAA- Ancient Egyptians wrote using hieroglyphics. We wrote our own messages using hieroglyphs.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>JL- We used the ipad to take pictures of ourselves and then turned ourselves into pharaohs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We have had a fabulous start to P4 and have been really enjoying our learning.
