To measure capacity and read different scales<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n It is very important when you are cooking you can measure out liquid<\/strong> ingredients and know how to read a measuring scale. This is called measuring \u2018Capacity\u2019. We measure capacity using jugs and measuring cylinders. We measure capacity in millilitres-ml (for small amounts) and litres-l (for large amounts). 1 ml is about a tear and 1 l is the same amount of liquid in a big bottle of pop.
