In P1S they have been discovering about plants and the life cycle of sunflowers and planting them too.

P1S have been doing gymnastics in gym class.

In P1M they have been learning about graphs in their maths time.

They have also been finding out about children around the world.

We were very busy today learning all about classifying living things using a biological key. We classified fruit in the fruit bowl, bugs in my garden and we even had a go at classifying our class! A great time was had by all! Ask us to explain it if you see us.

This week we have made a good start on our models (thank you for all of your recycling materials).   In our groups we had fun designing either a chocolate machine or chocolate factory.   We then had to select suitable resources and begin construction of our models.

We will keep you up-to-date with our progress.

This week we were learning all about the Enigma code and how other codes work. One of our favourites was the PigPen Cipher. We also did the tap code and are looking at numerical and alphabetical codes too!
