Primary 1 were very excited to share their reading books from home with their Primary 7 buddies, as part of World Book Day activities.

As part of our Family Learning Initiative, our parent focus group highlighted homework as an area for development. We have taken advice on the type of questions you would like to be asked and have compiled a survey for which you will find the link below. We would like to ask all parents and carers to complete the questionnaire before Friday 12th March. We will also be conducting a survey with  pupils and teachers and all results will be used to create our new homework policy.

You can complete one survey for all children or multiple surveys if your experience of homework differs from child to child

P5 are enjoying taking part in the Daily Mile.  We have a variety of routes mapped out in the playground depending on weather conditions.  Here are P5 yesterday, enjoying the sunshine at the same time.

Next week we are going to be having some visitors in school to help us with our learning about money. This morning we shared what we already know about money – including where our teachers get their money from!
