Our children have been out into the community visiting the shop and the Open Door Cafe.  They have talked about road safety and the importance of having good manners when they are visitors.

The children enjoyed practising French numbers with a partner.

In Nursery we know how important it is to keep our bodies healthy.  We are really enjoying brushing our teeth and singing our special Nursery song.

We have enjoyed looking at spring flowers, particularly the daffodils. We have been creating pictures and models of flowers.

Our children have noticed some signs of spring out in the nursery garden. They have been talking about how the trees are changing and how the flowers are starting to grow.  Our children talked about what seeds need to help them grow and they enjoyed planting seeds of their own.

We need to water our seeds and make sure that they are in a sunny place. We are really enjoying watching as our seeds sprout and grow.
