A huge well done to all the pupils that successfully completed their Learn 2 Swim Plus Assessment at Broxburn swimming pool.

Today P5 all participated in wearing odd socks to school as a way of remembering Mr Hewitt, who sadly passed away last week.  Mr Hewitt often wore odd socks much to the amusement of the pupils.  Here are our odd socks!

P5 have been enjoying the story of ‘Coming Home’ written by Michael Morpurgo.  The story was written for Waitrose and used in their Christmas TV advertisement.  The class have participated in a variety of activities relating to the story.  Here they are taking part in a thought tunnel.

P5 enjoyed a session of Yoga in the classroom.  They had great listening skills, attempted every move and had fun at the same time.

P5 have been learning all about time in Mathematics.  They enjoyed taking part in the One Minute Challenge where they had to complete a variety of tasks in one minute and record their results.
