This week has been fantastic!<\/p>\n
We have been learning and preparing for our Christmas party by practicing traditional Scottish dancing. First we learned \u2018The Virginia Rio\u2019 and \u2018The Military Two Step\u2019.<\/p>\n
Haseeb said \u201cit was fun\u201d and Rachel said \u201cit was a good way to learn different types dances.\u201d Although this was fun Mark said \u201cIt was also tiring\u201d. Isabella said \u201cit was amazing\u201d.<\/p>\n
Nasim said \u201csome of us had to dance with boys and some of us had to dance with girls\u201d. \u201cThis was important because you need another person to do these dances\u201d said Aoife. We are all looking forward to doing this again next week.<\/p>\n
Yesterday was a little different in our class because we had a special visit from the SPCA. \u201cThey taught us all about wild animals\u201d said to said Lukasz.<\/p>\n
We played a fun game in teams of two guessing the animal using different clues said Evie. The SPCA told us that they take the animals away from their owners if they are injured or if they are not being looked after properly.<\/p>\n
Haseeb remembered that \u201csome animals and go to sleep at winter and wake up at spring and this is called hibernating.\u201d<\/p>\n
Jacob was shocked to hear the Mrs Kerr would like to hibernate at during winter. He said \u201cyou will miss all of the snow\u201d<\/p>\n
