Core Grid Week 4<\/a><\/p>\n RRS Article of the Week P2 27.04<\/a><\/p>\n Spelling Activity Suggestions<\/a><\/p>\n How are you getting on with your free writing task this week? Remember to draw a great picture to go alongside your writing. \u2018Pictures are like islands in a sea of words<\/em>\u2019 so make sure you try your best. Can you add more detail to yours? Can you make\u00a0 it colourful?<\/p>\n Make sure you keeping moving and stay alert. Take a brain break to keep your mind and body active. We will try to answer your question as soon as we are able to.<\/p>\n Literacy<\/u><\/p>\n If you are missing reading books here is a link to a site called Oxford Owl.\u00a0 You will need this password and user name to log in, make sure to use the\u00a0Class Login\u00a0button at the top right of the screen;<\/p>\n Username \u2013 primary-ninian<\/p>\n Password \u2013 ninian<\/p>\n Once you have logged on go to\u00a0My Bookshelf\u00a0and click.<\/p>\n Now click on\u00a0Series\u00a0and scroll down until you find\u00a0Oxford Reading Tree.<\/p>\n This will bring up lots of book from this series many of which are about Biff, Kipper and Chip.\u00a0 As the books go down the page they get progressively longer with more text.\u00a0 Find a book that you can read but also has some challenge, such as\u00a0Key Trouble<\/em>.<\/p>\n Numeracy<\/u><\/p>\n Try this game to practise your data handling skills.
