We have been making arrays to help us with multiplication in numeracy and have enjoyed learning about caring for our environment by reducing, reusing and recycling. We know it is Burn\u2019s Day tomorrow and even recited one of his poems.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Parental Involvement<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We have been playing games on a great website called <em>Splashlearn.<\/em> Try this link and play some of the multiplication games.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.splashlearn.com\/multiplication-games\">https:\/\/www.splashlearn.com\/multiplication-games<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Pupil voice<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Liam \u2013 We learned about sharing. We drew plates to share objects.<\/p>\n<p>Pati \u2013 We went to see the P5\/6 show that was all about Scotland.<\/p>\n<p>Mara \u2013 I went to the play area and played with Scott and Liam to create big buildings.<\/p>\n<p>Amelia \u2013 We wrote a procedure and did a recipe for hot chocolate.<\/p>\n<p>Lucy \u2013 We learned a new spelling pattern. It\u2019s \u2018ea\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Cordelle \u2013 We learned about plastic in the ocean and how to reduce and reuse things.<\/p>\n<p>Shea \u2013 We learned about China because it\u2019s their celebrations soon. We were all born in the year of the snake.<\/p>\n<p>Roma \u2013 We also learned about Robert Burns. It\u2019s his special day on Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>Emilie \u2013 Today we went outside with chalk and we had to compare Chinese New Year and Scotland\u2019s New Year in teams. The rule was every person had to draw or write something with the chalk.<\/p>\n<p>Michelle \u2013 We learned new boost words. One of them is \u2018effort\u2019.
