I was practising the igh sound joined up.<\/p>\n<p>Lucas: you had to join the letters up I was joining the ee sound and the ai sound.<\/p>\n<p>Cordelle: I liked joining the letters together. It was tricky but when I practised I was able to do it. It made me happy.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: On the green rainbow learning you had to make numbers with loose parts. One of my numbers was one thousand, you need 1 and then 3 zeros.<\/p>\n<p>Logan: I made the number ten, you need a 1 and a zero.<\/p>\n<p>Amelia: On the blue rainbow learning was a smart board game. You had to pick a level to play and then you had to listen for the smart board to say a number and we need to press it. I wrote m, ee and e.<\/p>\n<p>Scott: I made some sounds at the tuff tray. I made i and a.<\/p>\n<p>Igor: I liked writing sounds in the sand in the tuff tray. I wrote b, o, c and m.<\/p>\n<p>Jane: For fiddly fingers you had to make puppets. I made a teacher puppet. You need to cut the person out and colour them in and then put pins in to stick the body together. There was also a vet and doctor.<\/p>\n<p>Anna: All the puppets were all jobs. You could make a teacher and police.<\/p>\n<p>Roma: There was a nurse too.<\/p>\n<p><u>Phonics<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Michelle: we were learning the \u2018oi\u2019 sound.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: The oi sound lives in the lift in the vowel house. \u2018boy\u2019 has the \u2018oi\u2019 sound.<\/p>\n<p>Freya: the \u2018oy\u2019 go at the end of a word and the \u2018oi\u2019 goes in the middle of the word.<\/p>\n<p>Michelle: if the \u2018oi\u2019 sound is at the beginning of a word you use \u2018oi\u2019 not \u2018oy\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Rojin: I was playing \u2018sh\u2019 bingo. A \u2018sh\u2019 word is shoe.<\/p>\n<p>Shea: I was learning the \u2018sh\u2019 sound. I know that \u2018sh\u2019 is for shark.<\/p>\n<p>Amelia: Me and Anna got the golden ticket because we can read all the sight words.<\/p>\n<p>Anna: We showed them to Mrs Smith. The light was there and that meant the special things about Jesus were there.<\/p>\n<p>Anna: I saw the clothes that the priest wears.<\/p>\n<p>Lucas: The bowl is where you get baptised.<\/p>\n<p>Rojin: I saw the cup where you put something in it to drink.<\/p>\n<p><u>PE<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Lucas: we were learning about athletics.<\/p>\n<p>Shea: we were jumping like kangaroos. You need to bounce.<\/p>\n<p>Rojin: we were playing with the parachute.<\/p>\n<p>Freya: we played the cat and the mouse game with the parachute.
