Welcome to our Weekly blog. We have had lots of fun this week!<\/p>\n
We were very\u00a0 lucky to be invited to Dedridge PS to watch a production of \u2018Pondlife\u2019 which was all about friendship and bullying.<\/p>\n
\u2018It was not what I thought it was going to be, it was better!\u2019 \u2013 Maliha<\/p>\n
\u2018It was very very very fun and I enjoyed it A LOT. I would rate it 100\/100!\u2019 \u2013 Aaron<\/p>\n
\u2018It was good and I really liked it. I learned that you should always be nice to other people!\u2019 \u2013 Morgan<\/p>\n
We have been using our imaginations to write a story about our own made up food-animals which took place in our creative settings. We had to make sure our story had a clear beginning, middle and end and that our character was faced with a problem but also had a solution.<\/p>\n
We have been learning some Scottish poetry with Mrs Smith. We learned \u2018a dug a dug\u2019, \u2018To a moose\u2019, \u2018The snowman\u2019, \u2018Three craws sittin on a wa\u2019 and lots more.<\/p>\n
We have been working hard to put together our P3-P5 show which is something not to be missed.<\/p>\n
In maths, we have been trying out a new interactive quiz game called kahoot. We all got a controller (netbook\/ipad) and answered maths questions against the clock. \u00a0It was great fun and caused a healthy level of competitiveness in our classroom. We can\u2019t wait to use it again.<\/p>\n
Congratulations to Levente for being awarded our praise postcard this week for hard work and a great attitude towards learning. Well done!<\/p>\n\n
