Preparations for our Nativity performances are well underway!\u00a0 The children are sounding great.\u00a0 All the children have now received information regarding costumes and any relevant speaking parts.\u00a0 We are getting so excited to surprise you with our amazing singing and acting.<\/p>\n
In class this week we have been continuing to focus on subtraction in our numeracy learning.\u00a0 We completed another find it and fix it piece of\u00a0 about Winnie The Witch.\u00a0 Winnie at witch school completed a worksheet but she got some wrong.\u00a0 We had to find the ones she got right and fix the ones she got wrong.\u00a0 It was great fun!<\/p>\n
We used our Mighty Writer to help us retell the story of Tabby McTat.\u00a0 We tried really hard to use connectives; but, and, because.\u00a0 We had some super results.\u00a0 Our star writers this week were Micah, Ibad and Amelia.<\/p>\n
We have been learning all about hospitals this week in Our Community Topic.\u00a0 We talked about a picture and then we wrote some sentences about all the different people who help in a hospital.<\/p>\n
In PE with Mr McCurdy we were doing races.\u00a0 In the races we were jumping and dancing to help keep us fit!\u00a0 It was very tiring.<\/p>\n
