Primary three have had a great start to Spring, we have been very busy and learning lots.<\/p>\n
We have been really working hard on our Times Tables. \u00a0Lovely to hear about children practising at home at all different times of the day. \u00a0Would be great to see some pictures of them in action, feel free to post some on the blog.<\/p>\n
Sophie YM enjoyed counting in 3’s and 4’s and now feels she knows those tables.<\/em><\/p>\n Jack it was hard but fun<\/em><\/p>\n Emily – saying them to mum and dad<\/em><\/p>\n Niamh – practised at home on paper<\/em>Emma – Singing tables songs<\/em><\/p>\n Alexis – tables on the wall<\/em><\/p>\n Division – continued to learn<\/p>\n Writing – The children wrote about what they would see if they were going down the Nile on a boat. \u00a0Lots of great ideas and imaginations.<\/p>\n Kate – learning about the life on the Nile was very fun<\/em><\/p>\n Richard – could see the farmers working at the river<\/em><\/p>\n Cameron – we learned that different crops make different things, for example wheat makes bread<\/em><\/p>\n The children have continued their learning about money this week, with much more challenging problems. \u00a0They have been doing very well, so well done.<\/p>\n Niamh – was challenging but fun<\/em><\/p>\n Alexis – using numicon to count out change<\/em><\/p>\n We have also been working very hard on creating our Assembly for 17th March. \u00a0We are so excited to see you all if you’re able to make it.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Have a lovely weekend, hopefully the sunny days continue for us to enjoy, Mrs McMullen and P3 \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Primary three have had a great start to Spring, we have been very busy and learning lots.
