Literacy
Let’s use our creativity skills to create and verbally narrate an imaginative story. Your story must have a beginning, middle and an end. You can plan your story using drawings or notes. Use puppets, teddies, drawings or toys to narrate your story and you can even showcase your story to someone at home.
Numeracy
For further extension of partitioning try this game and you can decide which level you would like to do:

If you think you are doing really well with partitioning a number then start to explore how you can use partitioning to help you answer addition calculations like these; you can also make up some of your own.

Good morning Mrs Currie, how do we access games on ictgames please? Do we need any login details or do we sign in as a patron? I’m a bit confused and unsure how to help Isla.

To access the ICT games the link will take you straight to the game Shark Numbers, then click the yellow X marked with the message Just Play and this should take you to the menu screen where you can choose the level you want to play, once you’ve decided which level to play click on it and the game will start.

If you want to access the ICT game Little Bird Spelling from the list of websites recommended in your Home Learning jotter, just type “ICT games Little Bird Spelling” into your search engine and again it will take you straight to the game.
